Official Rules: CouchburnerWV Monthly Content Submission Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

Sponsor: CouchburnerWV (referred to as "The Promoter").
Location: Open to legal residents of the United States.
Age: Entrants must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Exclusions: Employees, affiliates, and immediate family members of The Promoter are not eligible.
Void Where Prohibited: This giveaway is void where prohibited by law.

Entry Window: The campaign runs monthly. Entries will be accepted starting on the 1st day of the calendar month at 12:00 AM EST and ending on the last day of the calendar month at 11:59 PM EST (e.g., December 1st to December 31st).
Winner Selection Date: The winner will be selected and notified on the 10th day of the following month.

The promotion is based on chance (a sweepstakes). To receive one (1) entry, entrants must complete the following mandatory steps:

Post: Upload one (1) original photo or video to a public social media profile (Instagram, TikTok, or Facebook) featuring content relevant to WVU/Morgantown life or the WV Outdoors.
Tag: The post must include the official hashtag #BurnerVIbes.
Follow: The entrant must be following the official @CouchburnerWV profile on the platform used for entry.

Entry Limit: One (1) entry per person per unique post is allowed during the campaign period. Duplicate posts will be disqualified.
Disqualification: Submissions containing profanity, illegal, hateful, or explicit content, or content that infringes on third-party rights will be disqualified at the sole discretion of The Promoter.

Prize Description: One (1) winner will be drawn at random each month. The winner will receive their choice of:
- Option 1: A $50 Gift Card (to a retailer determined by The Promoter, e.g., WVU Bookstore, Local Eatery).
- Option 2: A CouchburnerWV Merch Pack (Approximate Retail Value: $50. Includes one hat and one t-shirt, subject to availability; winner selects size and style).
Prize Conditions: The prize is non-transferable. No cash alternative or substitution of the prize is permitted. The winner is responsible for any and all applicable taxes associated with the receipt of the prize.

Method: The winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the campaign period. The drawing will be performed by The Promoter's staff under supervision.
Notification: The potential winner will be notified via Direct Message (DM) on the platform of entry within forty-eight (48) hours of the drawing.
Prize Claim: The potential winner must respond to the notification within 7 days to claim their prize. Failure to respond will result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Publicity: The winner's social media handle may be posted publicly on The Promoter's social media pages.

Grant of License: By submitting content using the hashtag #Burnervibes, the entrant grants The Promoter, CouchburnerWV, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display the submitted content (including the entrant’s name and likeness) for promotional, marketing, and advertising purposes in all media, without further compensation or notification.
Warranties: Entrant warrants that the submitted content is their original work, does not violate any copyright or intellectual property rights, and that they have secured all necessary permissions from any recognizable person(s) appearing in the content.

Platform Release: This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or any other social media platform. Entrants fully and completely release these platforms from all liability related to this giveaway.
Right to Cancel/Modify: The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud or technical failures corrupt the integrity of the contest.
